1. RESERVATION & PAYMENT TERMS
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 and a signed Agreement are required to reserve the event date.
Full payment is due prior to the event start time.
Failure to pay in full may result in cancellation or denial of entry without refund.
Client authorizes PALMETTO PLAYHOUSE LLC to charge the card on file for:
Outstanding balances
Damages
Overtime charges
2. EVENT USE & OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy is 60 persons total, including adults and children.
Rental includes:
Overtime will result in additional charges.
3. SUPERVISION REQUIREMENT
Client assumes full responsibility for the supervision of all minors.
The Facility does not provide childcare services.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
CLIENT UNDERSTANDS THAT PARTICIPATION IN PLAY ACTIVITIES INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FALLS, COLLISIONS, AND INJURY.
CLIENT VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS, BOTH KNOWN AND UNKNOWN.
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SOUTH CAROLINA LAW, CLIENT HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, AND DISCHARGES PALMETTO PLAYHOUSE LLC FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM NEGLIGENCE.
6. PARENTAL WAIVER & AUTHORITY
Client represents that they are the parent or legal guardian of participating minors, or have authority to sign on their behalf.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Facility from any claims involving minors.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Facility from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of:

The following are strictly prohibited:
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
9. FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY
Outside food is permitted if:
Food must remain in the party room only.
No food or drinks are allowed in play room or on play equipment.
10. CONDUCT & REMOVAL
The Facility reserves the right to remove any guest or terminate the event for unsafe or non-compliant behavior.
No refunds will be issued.
11. DAMAGE & LIABILITY
Client is responsible for any damage caused by their party.
Charges will be applied to the card on file.
12. CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
Venue shall be in the county where the Facility operates.
